Is there any contract or commitment?

Not at all. You can sign up for as little or as long as you want. But if you sign up for a year for the 4-pager, and pay in advance, you do get a substantial discount. So that might be something to consider.

Or you can keep it month to month. Please note that there is a set up fee to incorporate your contact info into the newsletter format and set you up in our system. So if you cancel, your information will be purged after 2 months, and you will need to pay the set up fee again if you decide to sign up again.
